As we continue our Get to Know Our Team series, we’re thrilled to introduce Alese Lepore. Alese joined Painted Porch in April 2022 as a Client Concierge and was recently promoted to Senior Client Concierge! She is a force on our operations team
As our Senior Client Concierge, Alese is often the “glue” that holds the client experience together. From managing high-level transfers to ensuring no detail slips through the cracks, she brings a unique blend of hospitality and precision to the team.

There are many aspects of Alese’s expertise that make her exceptional at her job, but to her, the most rewarding part is the peace of mind she provides to clients. This peace of mind can help lead to client breakthroughs.
“A breakthrough can be when someone who has been stressed about their finances finally feels secure,” Alese explains. “It’s giving them the freedom to step away and finally take that sabbatical or finally write that book they’ve been planning for years. Seeing those results is amazing.”
Outside of work, Alese loves to travel and recently celebrated her marriage to her husband, Michael, in Italy! When she’s not traveling the world or learning new languages, she enjoys quality time with friends, family, and her husband.
