As we continue our Get to Know Our Team series, we’re thrilled to introduce Carina Iturralde. Carina joined Porch in February 2024 as a Client Concierge.
Originally from Ecuador, Carina joined Painted Porch after chatting with a friend who couldn’t say enough about its values and close-knit culture. Drawn to the idea of meaningful work and a workplace that felt connected, she took a chance and quickly found her place. Since joining, Carina has brought her positive personality, get-it-done attitude, and a deep sense of joy and connection.

In her day to day, Carina stays on her toes and can quickly adapt to what needs to get done. One moment she’s coordinating money movements, the next she’s navigating urgent client needs or answering calls. Making clients feel supported and comforted with her calm, knowledgeable composure.
Where Carina truly shines is in moments that lead to a Breakthrough. When someone reaches out feeling overwhelmed or stressed, she sees it as an opportunity. By working through the issue together and helping bring clarity, she brings relief and a sense of gratitude to our clients. For Carina, those moments are what it’s all about.
Outside of work, you’ll likely find her exploring the outdoors, biking and hiking around Bend, Oregon, where she currently resides. Whether it’s a quick ride from home or a longer trek to discover new trails, she’s always on the move.
