As we continue our Get to Know Our Team series, we’re thrilled to introduce Devon Frazier. Devon joined Porch in July 2025 and has already had a significant impact on the team.

Before joining Painted Porch Advisors, Devon spent more than a decade in chemical engineering, working in materials, innovation, and supply chain. Notably, working at Nike as Lead Product Manager. Her work was rooted in sustainability and impact, but eventually, she started to ask herself if she could feel the difference she was making.
So, she and her partner packed up their two dogs and set off on a long road trip down the Oregon coast, where she started to reimagine her future. What started as a self-taught, genuine interest in personal finance slowly evolved into a calling. She pursued her CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER® certification and eventually overhauled her LinkedIn profile—where Brian, founder of Painted Porch, discovered her.
Today, much of Devon’s work centers on meaningful conversations with clients and prospective clients. She thinks constantly about how to communicate clearly and tell the right story—one that helps people truly understand where they stand.
Based in Central Oregon, Devon lives out Porch’s value of Adventure in every sense of the word. She’s an avid trail runner, downhill skier, proud rescue dog owner, as well as taking courses and doing deep dives into finance outside of work.
